| In my personal time, I like to read, listen to music, browse record shops and book stores and watch movies (especially since I'm an IFC and Sundance junkie) and following Michigan football (GO BLUE!) and the Detroit Tigers.
Favorite Music: Eceletic at best: '60s and '70s R&B (especially Motown and Stax/Volt), jazz, punk, new wave and hard rock.
Favorite Bands/Musicians: Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Nina Simone, Jimi Hendrix, Curtis Mayfield, Erykah Badu, the Clash and the Strokes among many.
Favorite TV Shows: The Jeffersons, Sanford and Son, and Martin. I also love watching TCM, IFC and Sundance movie channels.
Favorite Movies: I have more than 100, but my all-time favorites boil down to Chinatown, Psycho, The Searchers, High Noon and Halloween. I also have guilty pleasures, especially blaxploitation and kung-fu movies.
